why a group

Some things are easier to see in other people before you can see them in yourself. A group gives you that, plus the experience of saying something hard out loud and having it land with people who get it.

Every group here is therapy, not a support group or a class: small, closed, and screened with a short call first, so the room works for everyone in it.
