dating from the inside out.
A small group for women who are finding dating harder on the inside than it looks from the outside.
Start with the interest formEnrolling for the January 2027 cohort. The form comes first, then a short call with me.
this is for you if
- Dating is stirring up more than you expected: self-doubt, overthinking, the 2am replays
- You want to understand your own patterns, not just vent about the other person
- You’re open to some gentle challenge from me and from other women
- You can make all eight sessions, every other Thursday at lunchtime
probably not right now if
- What you need most is support and validation. That’s legitimate; it’s just not this group
- You’re after dating strategy or coaching
- You can’t commit to the whole run of sessions
Better to know that before you start than four sessions in. Not sure? Say so on the form.
what we work on
It’s therapy, so there’s some teaching and some practice alongside the talking. It isn’t venting, and it isn’t strategizing about how to win at dating.
the details
- Cost
- $600 for all eight sessions. Self-pay, covering all eight sessions.
- When
- Every other Thursday, 12–1:30pm, starting January 2027. Over the lunch hour, so it fits inside a workday.
- Length
- 90 minutes per session, eight sessions.
- Where
- Virtual, from wherever you are.
- Size
- Six to eight women.
- Format
- Closed group. The same members every session.
Because it’s a closed group, the work depends on the same people being in the room each time. Coming to all eight sessions matters more here than it would in an open group.
how to join
Start with the interest form. It asks what’s bringing you to a group like this and whether the format fits your life right now. I read every form myself, and if it looks like a fit, we’ll set up a short call. That call goes both ways: it’s as much your chance to decide as mine.
If a group turns out not to be right, that isn’t the end of the conversation. We can talk about individual sessions instead, or I can point you toward other groups that may suit you better.
Completing the form doesn’t establish a therapist-client relationship.
